Cookie Policy

InvoiceLabs uses cookies only where necessary to keep you logged in. We don't use tracking, analytics, or advertising cookies.

Last updated: 8 June 2026

1. What are cookies

Cookies are small text files stored in your browser when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work, remember preferences, and — on other sites — track behaviour for advertising. This policy explains the limited use we make of them.

2. Cookies we set

InvoiceLabs sets only one category of cookie:

Authentication cookies (strictly necessary)

Set by: Supabase Auth

Purpose: To keep you logged in between page loads and browser sessions. Without these cookies, you would be signed out every time you navigate to a new page.

Duration: Until you sign out, or the session expires (typically 1 week of inactivity).

Can you block them? Yes, but doing so will prevent you from logging in.

Because these cookies are strictly necessary for the service to function, we do not require your consent to set them under UK GDPR.

3. Third-party cookies

When you go through a payment flow, Stripe may set its own cookies:

Stripe

Purpose: Fraud prevention and security during checkout. Stripe uses cookies to detect unusual payment behaviour and protect against fraudulent transactions.

Controlled by: Stripe, not InvoiceLabs. Their use is governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy.

4. What we don't use

Analytics cookies (e.g. Google Analytics)

Advertising or retargeting cookies

Social media tracking pixels

Any cookies that track your behaviour across other websites

5. Managing cookies

You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings. The links below explain how to do this in the most common browsers:

Note that deleting or blocking authentication cookies will sign you out of InvoiceLabs and prevent you from logging back in until cookies are re-enabled.

6. Changes to this policy

If we start using new categories of cookies — for example if we add analytics — we will update this policy and notify you by email before doing so. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
